'Actress staggered into interview 40 minutes late and drunk'

Veteran actress Kim Ji-soo raised reporters' eyebrows on Wednesday when she arrived for an interview 40 minutes late and drunk.
According to
, Kim staggered into a cafe in Samcheong-dong, central Seoul, at 10:40 a.m. where reporters were waiting. The group interview was arranged in connection with Kim's new movie “Intimate Strangers,” due for release on Oct. 31.
According to the reporters, Kim sat down without any apology and even raved at the journalists who were irritated over her late arrival. When the reporters complained, Kim was escorted out.
When she arrived, a reporter commented, “You look drunk.” Kim answered, “I'm fine. Really. I have no problem answering your questions.” The actress added that she had been drinking with colleagues all night “talking about all the annoying issues I experienced while shooting the movie.”
Her agency apologized and called off all the actress's interviews and media events scheduled for Wednesday.
Her agency later said Kim's road manager could not be contacted in the morning, so Kim rushed to the cafe in a taxi.
