LG Innotek will showcase innovative products and technologies related to mobility and AI at the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, the world’s largest IT show.

The show will be an opportunity to further enhance global recognition and accelerate the discovery of potential customers in the emerging sectors, LG Innotek said on Monday.

Its booth at CES 2024, which will be held from Jan. 9 to Jan. 12, will be twice as large as the last one. Located in the West Hall, which is the venue of the tech show, visitors will encounter LG's booth as soon as they enter the exhibition hall, LG Innotek said.

“At CES 2024, we plan to showcase differentiated products and technologies that can be applied to various future industries, while expanding its global presence as a leading company in the future mobility parts market,” LG Innotek said.

The company will run the Public Zone for visitors as well as the Private Zone to actively expand meeting opportunities with potential customers by introducing new products and technologies to pre-invited customers.

"LG Innotek focused on vehicle mockups equipped with core parts for electric vehicles and autonomous vehicles," the company said.

The electric vehicle-related parts include power products such as DC-DC converters, second-generation charging communication controllers (EVCC), and the industry’s first 800-volt wireless battery management system, as well as vehicle lighting products designed to reflect the latest trends.

In addition, visitors will be able to see key electronic parts for autonomous vehicles, such as camera modules for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and LiDAR (light detection and ranging). LG Innotek also plans to unveil a solution that includes software technology with performance control and management functions for electronic parts based on real-time data.

In the AI Zone, LG Innotek will showcase semiconductor substrate products where demand for large data processing is increasing due to the rapid growth of the AI market and manufacturing innovation cases needed for achieving digital transformation.

“CES 2024 will be a valuable opportunity for LG Innotek to prove to global customers that we are a technology innovation company that continues to provide differentiated customer value in the future based on our original technology in the field of mobility and AI,” Moon Hyuk-soo, CEO of LG Innotek, said.
