LG aims to deliver new customer experiences at IFA

BERLIN ― LG Electronics aims to offer consumers best-in-class, unique and new user experiences in daily life with its home appliances during the 2022 IFA tech fair, which will be held in the German capital for five days (from Friday), according to the company, Thursday.
The Korean electronics company's booth at the trade fair has the theme of “Life, Reimagined.” The company will display its large OLED TVs, which are specialized in delivering immersive game-playing experiences, along with other appliances targeting various kinds of lifestyles.
“LG will continue to provide differentiated experiences to customers and take a leadership role in home appliances based on its innovative technologies,” Lee Jung-suk, head of LG Electronics' Global Marketing Center, said.
When entering LG's booth, visitors can first see a 97-inch TV called the LG OLED evo Gallery Edition. The large TV screen uses its fifth-generation artificial intelligence (AI) chip Alpha9 processor to deliver better picture quality and vivid sound. LG said that the 97-inch OLED TV will certainly upgrade the quality of the home entertainment experiences of its users.
On the right side of the LG OLED evo Gallery Edition, there is a 136-inch micro LED TV with 4K resolution and speakers courtesy of premium audio brand Bang & Olufsen to create a space for a home cinema. Also, 88-inch OLED TVs with 8K resolution and 86-inch 8K LCD TVs are displayed to allow visitors to experience the overwhelming picture quality of the high-resolution TVs.

LG also focused on continuously growing its game gadget market, as the company established a Flex Arcade zone, which enables visitors to play video games on OLED TVs.
Specifically, the company came up with a gaming OLED TV with a bendable display to meet more gamers' needs in Europe. Called the Flex, the bendable OLED TV is a product that maximizes the advantages of OLED displays by being able to bend and unfold the 42-inch screen freely. At the zone, LG displayed 20 Flex TVs, enabling visitors to watch videos being streamed or play video games.
At the Lifestyle zone, a variety of living spaces such as a home bar, a living room, a styling room and an eco-friendly kitchen were displayed, according to various types of customer lifestyles.
In the styling room, LG's new shoe management gadgets, the Styler ShoeCase and the Styler ShoeCare, are displayed. The Styler ShoeCase has lights inside each shoe storage compartment and the bottom surface can be rotated 360 degrees like a turntable, making the shoes stand out like at a boutique luxury store. Also, Styler ShoeCare, which uses the LG Styler's patented steam technology, allows users to manage automatically the cleaning of their shoes regardless of type.
New gadgets such as the Tromm WashTower Compact, a smaller version of the popular Tromm WashTower, which is a clothes washer and dryer that are vertically stacked. Also on display is the LG PuriCare Aero Furniture, a table-like air purifier that is certainly drawing consumers' attention.
LG also collaborated with the Dutch premium lifestyle brand, Moooi, to decorate its lifestyle zone, to let visitors feel the match between the furniture, lighting and interior items of Moooi and LG's Objet luxury appliances collection, or the Xboom 360 speaker.
