1st anniversary of death of Samsung chairman

Samsung Electronics Vice Chairman Lee Jae-yong, right, appears at a memorial ceremony marking the first anniversary of the death of his father, Samsung Group Chairman Lee Kun-hee, at a family burial site in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province, Monday. Samsung said the ceremony was observed by only immediate family members, in accordance with the will of the bereaved who wanted to have a simple event. The vice chairman honored the memory of his father by saying, “It has already been a year since Chairman Lee Kun-hee left us.
