AlixPartners launches leadership program
By Kim Yoo-chul
AlixPartners, a global business advisory firm, said Monday that it has launched a program to help its clients improve their organizational skills and enhance effectiveness in management.
Led by lead manager Ted Bililies the program is made up of a team of experts with extensive behavioral science and business backgrounds.
Bililies has worked as a trusted advisor and coach to hundreds of CEOs, senior executives, company founders, investors and boards of directors.
"This practice brings AlixPartners’ unique brand of results-oriented insight to the challenges of leadership selection and organizational change," said the company in a statement.
The program was launched as today's highly competitive and complex business environment and strategic business outcomes require the best-available talent positioned in the right roles and aligned to accomplish the highest-priority goals.
"Few things matter more in business today than selecting the right leaders for a company or moving an organization from an outdated, underperforming culture to one of purpose, innovation and excellence," said AlixPartners CEO Fred Crawford in the statement.
The program uses the company's own proprietary, leading-edge executive assessment model to identify both business outcomes demanded from leadership and the way the individual interacts with the company's culture.
"By learning how to respond more productively to change or uncertainty, executives are better able to use disruption as a learning opportunity for themselves and their teams, steer their companies through dynamic business environments and avoid obsolescence," it said.
