Naturalendo Tech's EstroG-100 is a health functional food ingredient for menopausal women developed on the basis of “baeksuo,” a mixture of standardized extracts of Cynanchum wilfordii, Phlomis umbrosa and Angelica gigas, a traditional natural material found in East Asia. The ingredient has won functional food approvals from Korea HFFI, US NDI, Canada NPN and EU Novel Food and has been selling worldwide.
The results of EstroG-100's human trial application about improvements for female menopause have been attracting global attention once again by being published in a world-class journal listed in the Science Citation Index (SCI).
Three of the country's leading university hospitals ― Ajou University Hospital, Korea University Hospital and Yonsei University's Severance Hospital ― conducted multi-center, double-blind, randomized and placebo-controlled clinical trials in 2014, and the results were published in the HSOA Journal of Reproductive Medicine, Gynecology & Obstetrics.
This is once again a testament to the fact that EstroG-100 is a safe ingredient that doesn't affect female hormones and significantly improves the Kupperman Index evaluating the severity of menopausal symptoms. The results were cited in the evaluation of health functional foods by the country's Ministry of Food and Drug Safety in 2018. The latest publication of the results in one of the top-notch SCI-listed journals is recognized as another accomplishment that can prove the excellence of ExtroG-100.
