Hyundai E&C to begin sales of Hillstate Dalseong Park Station apartments

Hyundai Engineering and Construction (E&C) has begun sales of residential and office units at Hillstate Dalseong Park Station apartment complex in Daegu, 300 kilometers southeast of Seoul, the construction company said Tuesday.

Located close to Daegu Station, the newly built apartments are comprised of three 49-story buildings housing a total of 392 units ― two residential buildings and one building for offices. The size of each apartment is 84 square meters.

“Customers can apply for both residential and office units at the same time. We expect there will be a lot of attention to the office units as anyone aged 19 and over can apply for it,” a company official said.

The Taepyeongno area, where Hillstate Dalseong Park Station is located, has emerged as a new residential section in Daegu as high-rise residential and office buildings have been built one after another. It is expected around 17,000 households will live in the area, the company said.

One of the biggest advantages to buying at Hillstate Dalseong Park Station is its location. The newly built residential complex is situated near Dalseong Park Station on Daegu Metro Line 3 and Daegu Station on Line 1 and the country's main Gyeongbu Line.

The company said the transportation infrastructure near the complex is expected to be even more convenient after a high-speed railway that goes through Gumi, Chilgok, Daegu and Gyeongsan areas will be opened in 2023.

The educational environment surrounding the apartment complex is another attractive factor. Suchang Elementary School is located in walking distance, allowing children to commute safely. Also many schools such as Jongno Elementary School, Seobu Elementary School, Dalseong Elementary School, Gyeongil Middle School and Chilseong High School are located nearby.

Near the apartment complex, there are various kinds of commercial facilities and parks. Lotte Department Store, Homeplus, Daegu OperaHouse and Daegu Sports Town are located nearby. Also public facilities such as Buk-gu Office and Jung-gu Health Center and commercial sites like Seomun Market and Chilseong Market are a short distance away.

Hyundai E&C said people will enjoy the convenience of living in Hillstate Dalseong Park Station as the apartments are equipped with the latest IT devices. Using Hyundai E&C's home Internet of Things (IoT) system Hi-oT, people can control light and heating, monitor energy usage and use other convenient features.
