Hallyu star Lee Seo-jin has joined an asset management firm as a director-level executive.
AskVERITAS Asset Management, which specializes in investing in real-estate, intellectual property and content, hired the “Lee San, Wind of the Palace” actor as a director for the firm’s second global content department.
The firm said that Lee studied business in the U.S and has long been interested in the financial industry. He is also personally close to AskVERITAS CEO Lee Hyuk-jin who suggested him joining.
Lee has been called the “son of a mother’s friend” for having majored in Business Management at New York University and for coming from a renowned family in the financial industry.
