Individuals will be able to pay national taxes by credit card from Oct. 1.
The Ministry of Strategy and Finance said Thursday that individuals will be allowed to pay their income tax, value added tax, all-inclusive property tax, tariffs, education tax and other national taxes by credit card from next month.
The upper limit that individuals will be able to use their credit cards to pay such national taxes will be 2 million won, the ministry said.
