Bosch Korea, the South Korean unit of the world’s leading manufacturer of automotive and industrial technology, will hold the ``Diesel Summer Festival’’ for ordinary consumers to conduct an active publicity campaign of diesel vehicles in the vacation season.
Bosch Korea said Wednesday that it offers various events jointly with Hyundai Motor so visitors could enjoy a romantic summer vacation at the Naksan Beach Resort during the festival from July 28 to August 5.
People visiting the events could also experience the advantages of environment-friendly and economical diesel-fueled automobiles, according to a company spokesman. Bosch plans to display three i30 diesel cars, which Hyundai Motor placed on the market recently.
Park Yung-hu, executive vice president of Bosch Korea, said the festival would help renew public perception of diesel cars, expand their market share and contribute to promoting sales.
