Shinhan Bank to cooperate with Tokyo Kiraboshi Financial

The two agreed to strengthen their firms' strategic partnership and expand cooperation in digital finance, including establishing business strategies for the retail and digital sectors as well as searching for new business opportunities. Kiraboshi has been accelerating its digital transformation, launching its digital bank UI Bank last year, while Shinhan Bank established its IT system subsidiary SBJ DNX to actively cope with digitalization in the Japanese financial market.
