TV viewers crave for comedian Yoo and wife

The real-life couple viewers want to see most on entertainment shows are comedian Yoo Jae-suk and his wife, Na Kyung-eun, a survey shows.
The Korea Broadcast Advertising Corporation said Thursday it asked 6,471 avid television fans which real-life couple they want to see most on their favorite variety programs.
In the entertainment category, Yoo and Na garnered 39.3 percent of votes to top the list.
Voters said they wanted to see the couple as “they are good entertainers” and because “they are celebrities (the voters) like.”
The two met on MBC’s variety show headliner “Infinite Challenge,” and married in 2008.
In the drama category, actor Ji Sung and his wife and actress Lee Bo-young ranked first with 42.5 percent of votes. Voters cited the couple’s “chemistry” and great acting as reasons they want to see them appear together in a romance-comedy drama.
Ji and Lee have both remained active on the small screen since their marriage in 2013. Ji recently starred in MBC’s “Kill Me, Heal Me,” which was a big hit.
