CJ OliveNetworks expands cultural life platform service

CJ OliveNetworks' lifestyle membership service CJ ONE has expanded its Culture Town event invitational service into ONE PICK CULTURE to offer more benefits to its 29 million members, the company said Wednesday.
ONE PICK CULTURE offers cultural events selected by CJ ONE. It is a cultural life platform that invites members to various artistic and cultural events such as art exhibitions, concerts, movies and hot places.
Through the opening of the ONE PICK CULTURE platform, CJ ONE has expanded its cultural event curation into popular culture and introduced a “one pick ticket” that members can use to get into cultural events. Also, it has strengthened content and benefits for members through its YouTube channel and Instagram account.
CJ ONE members can receive their one pick ticket without limitation whenever they accumulate membership points from CJ Group's affiliated brands and use them to download discount coupons or apply for free invitational events.
In the case of the free invitational events, members can apply as many times as they want with their one pick tickets. The more they apply, the higher the chances they will win.
“We have expanded the scope of benefits of cultural events to provide unique experiences in everyday life for the MZ Generation, a majority of the members of CJ ONE service. CJ ONE plans to advance services and improve convenience so that it can establish itself as a cultural life platform beyond a simple mobile application,” a CJ OliveNetworks official said.
The firm has provided discounts and free invitations to nearly 300 cultural events including “Mickey Mouse Now and Future,” “Haribo's 100th Anniversary Exhibition” and “Theatre des Lumieres” since 2018.
Over 3.2 million members have participated in cultural events over the past five years, of which 54 percent were in their 20s and 30s.
