TS Korea said the customized service, introduced in the foreign community for the first time, was to meet growing demand for qualified housekeepers who speak English.
The English-speaking housemaids from the Philippines will provide services ranging from cleaning, cooking, home-care and baby-sitting, to English tutoring to chauffeuring.
The service aims to cater for the needs of ambassadorial or government offices of foreign countries and international companies operating in Korea. The service will be available on a part-time and round-the-clock.
To secure experienced and qualified maids, TS Korea provides two months' training for English-speaking Filipinas in the Philippines and Korea to teach them about housekeeping and to familiarize them with the foreign community and Korean culture.
"The housemaids from the Philippines have an F1 visa, so the foreign offices or families can employ reliable and qualified workers without any concern about the legal problems arising from employing illegal foreigners," TS Korea president Thomas Park said in a statement.
"The foreign community can also rest assured about any liability for unexpected damage or mishaps involving the housemaid service, as the insurance contract with the Philippine agency completely covers all the risks."
TS Korea also offers a wide range of consultations on real estate, insurance, car rentals, market surveys and a legal aid service.
