North Korea blew up the inter-Korean liaison office set up to foster better ties with South Korea in Gaesong on Tuesday after it threatened to take action if North Korean defectors went ahead with a campaign to send propaganda leaflets into the North. 북한이 탈북자 단체가 대북 전단 살포 운동을 강행할 경우 조치를 취하겠다고 위협한 이후, 화요일 남한과의 관계 개선을 위해 개성에 설치된 남북공동연락사무소를 폭파했다.
