Unidentified Flying Object (UFO) had an exclusive face-to-face meeting with a respected BBC sports reporter in Britain.

According to The Daily Mail and The Sun, Mike Sewell for the BBC spoke in the radio program ‘Radio 5 Live’ about his Close Encounter. The reporter claimed that he had witnessed a “disc-shaped” UFO with “several lights flashing all around it” on his way to Stansted Airport in London.

Sewell claimed that he was “driving east across country about 15 to 20 miles from the airport at 4:15 in the morning and saw this big bright light in the sky descending towards the road and as it got closer it banked to the left.”

He was trying to catch an early morning plane to cover the Champions League qualifying game between Malmo and Glasgow Rangers when he saw the UFO that made him “totally freak out.”

UFO expert Timothy Good claimed that this Close Encounter was “absolutely fascinating” as it “clearly [was] not a conventional aircraft of any type.” While the expert did note that “it might well be extra-terrestrial” he also added that the UFO “might well be a secret aircraft or space craft that has been flown by the U.S. and British military.”

Regardless of what it may have been ­ to Sewell, the few seconds of face-to-face with the UFO was probably the most exciting interview of his career.
