U.S. Women's Open winner Ji Eun-hee is not content to rest on her laurels, saying she is hungry for another victory at a major event.

``The Evian Masters and the British Women's Open are scheduled for this month. I hope to add one more win at a major competition,'' the 23-year old South Korean said at the Incheon International Airport, Tuesday.

``I remember that many people welcomed me when I captured my first LPGA win at the Wegmans Championships, but today even more people came here to see me,'' the two-time Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) winner reflected, referring to her win in Pittsford, N.Y. in June 2008. ``It becomes real to me as I see the many people here.''

Ji's father, Young-gi, who came to the airport to greet his daughter, was proud of the newly minted champion.

``I got so many phone calls as soon as Eun-hee's winning putt went into the hole. It's the first time I've received so many calls in a day,'' the 54-year-old said.

The father, former head coach of the national water ski team, introduced to Eun-hee to golf when she was in sixth grade.

Ji will rest at home in Gapyeong, Gyeonggi Province, and hold a signing event at a department store in Seoul on Friday. On Sunday, she will leave for Evian-les-Bains, France, to take part in the Evian Masters, held from July 23 to 26. After the LPGA Tour, she will cross the Strait of Dover to join the British Open in Lancashire, England, where she hopes to take home another trophy.
