ASEAN

The ASEAN-Korea Centre will offer a series of ASEAN Brown Bag Seminars at lunch hour from noon, Tuesday at the ASEAN Hall on the eighth floor of Korea Press Center in downtown Seoul, from June through November.

Diplomats or tourism officials from the countries involved will introduce popular and new tourist attractions of five ASEAN member countries — Thailand, Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia and Vietnam— June 26 to July 24.

The other five member countries of Laos, the Philippines, Myanmar, Singapore and Cambodia, will be given chances to introduce their tourist attractions, Oct. 16 to Nov. 13.

The center will accept 50 applicants on its website (http://www.aseankorea.org) on a first-come, first-served basis. Admission is free and sandwiches and beverages will be provided.
