Cultural technology forum: Bill Taylor, former president of the Academy of Motion Pictures, Arts and Sciences, gives the keynote speech Wednesday at the Global Cultural Technology Forum at COEX in Samseong-dong, southern Seoul. The one-day event, hosted by Korea Creative Content Agency, brought together more than 500 domestic and international specialists in computer-generated imagery and visual effects.
