The Garden, the Ritz-Carlton Seoul’s European restaurant, offers an afternoon tea buffet in its outdoor garden with unlimited tea and desserts.

The buffet features premium coffees and teas such as Darjeeling and Earl Grey, along with pastries created by executive patissier Lee Chang-soo. The traditional European desserts on offer include tartlets stuffed with crisp seasonal fruit, finger sandwiches with fresh vegetables and prosciutto, fresh-baked scones, creme brulee, macaroons, pralines, a selection of mini cupcakes and quiches.

Hyatt Regency Incheon

The Hyatt Regency Incheon will hold garden barbeques every Saturday evening from June 2 to Sept. 8.

Guests can enjoy barbeque classics, such as beef, pork and lobster, along with rich appetizers and desserts. A complimentary glass of rose wine and ice tea will be offered to all customers to help them relax and unwind.

The dinner consists of two sittings, with the first beginning at 6 p.m. and the second at 8:15 p.m. It is priced at 63,000 won, and for Club at the Hyatt members, it is 50,000 won. Unlimited wine and beer is available for an additional 20,000 won. For more information, call 032-745-1234.

Renaissance Seoul Hotel

The Renaissance Seoul Hotel presents special offers on June 7 to participate in the launch of Renaissance Hotels’ “Get Out & Discover” global initiative to introduce the brand’s campaign, “Live Life to Discover.”

The event will take place at over 150 Renaissance hotels around the world encouraging guests to explore the hotel and the city they are visiting. The Seoul hotel will offer two events: “Soju Tini” cocktails and a templestay.

The Trevi Lounge offers the “Soju Tini” cocktail, a classic martini using Korean liquor soju, at a 50 percent discounted price of 9,000 won. Grand Hyatt Seoul

The Grand Hyatt Seoul hosts its third Wine Club event of the year under the title “Summer Wines.”

The Wine Club, to be held at the poolside garden, will feature a wide array of refreshing summer wines including over 50 varieties of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir, as well as sparkling wines from all over the world. The wines will be accompanied by a tapas-style buffet.

JW Marriott Seoul

The JW Marriott Seoul’s Chinese restaurant Man Ho will serve a selection of Chinese “tonic” dishes to boost health and energy during the sultry summer season.

From June 11 to the end of August, dishes using sea cucumber, soft-shelled turtle, eggplant and pine mushrooms will be prepared in two courses. The A set menu (155,000 won) includes lobster salad, steamed seafood and shark’s fin, fried sea cucumber and cow’s knee, steamed soft-shelled turtle and vegetables.

The B menu (125,000 won) features smoked tuna salad, clear soup, deep-fried king crab, scallops garnished with asparagus and steamed oxtail. Both sets will be served with Chinese-style cold noodles. For more information, call 02-6282-6741.
