Seoul City holds Photo Essay/UCC Contest as a part of Hi Seoul Autumn Festival from Oct 3 to 25.

Participants can photograph or film (no more than 3 minutes) various events or impressive moments during the Festival, and send them to Seoul City's foreign language homepage (http://webzine.seoul.go.kr) until Nov 7.

Every international resident in Korea is eligible to join the Contest. Participants may choose English, Chinese or Japanese language, and make a login and register.

Seoul City will select and give cash prizes to distinguished works in late Nov. and publish them on Seoul City's international language sites and Webzine.
