Busker Busker to perform in Japan

Korean Indie band Busker Busker will give their first Japanese concert on April 25 at the Mnet "M! Countdown Haro Japan," according to Mnet, Thursday.

The runner-ups in the Super Star K 3 will travel to Sitama, Japan for the upcoming event.

"We're excited and nervous about performing in Japan for the first time in our career. We will do our best to put on a show where people from all over the world will have fun," the band said in a statement.

The "M! Countdown Haro Japan" is the third time the M! Countdown series is taking place in Japan. Mnet will be teaming up with the music channel Space Shower TV for the special performances.

There will be a total of 9 male acts and 7 female acts, including Yoon Mirae, miss A, 4minute, SISTAR, Tiger JK, FT Island, MBLAQ, and U-KISS.

Busker Busker are famous for their runner-up performance in the Korean music audition television program Superstar K3 aired on Mnet.

Their members consist of guitarist and vocalist Jang Beom-june, bassist Kim Hyung-tae and drummer Brad Moore.
