Pop diva Whitney Houston will give her first concert in Korea next month.

The Grammy Award-winning singer will perform at 7 p.m., Feb. 6 and 7, at the Gymnastic Stadium, Olympic Park, Seoul.

Ever since her debut in 1985, Houston has garnered fans around the globe with her dazzling voice and hit songs such as ``I Will Always Love You.'' She has won six Grammy Awards and sold over 170 million albums worldwide, and appeared opposite Kevin Costner in the 1992 hit film ``The Bodyguard.''

After releasing her 2002 album ``Just Whitney,'' however, Houston went through rough times dealing with drug addiction and a stint in rehab as well as a divorce from R&B singer Bobby Brown.

Fans were delighted to see her return last September with ``I Look to You.''

The Seoul concerts are a part of Houston's ``Nothing But Love World Tour,'' her first international tour in 10 years.

The performances will feature the singer's trademark ballads as well as some dance tracks.

Tickets cost from 70,000 to 180,000 won. A 20 percent discount is available for Hyundai Card users. Call (02) 2167-7088 for more information.
