School children and their parents fly kites they made in a winter class on making traditional kites offered by Seoul City last winter. The city will provide the class every Saturday and Sunday from 2p.m. to 4 p.m., in January and February, totaling 12 classes at the Han River Exhibition Hall on Seonyudo Park on River Han. Students only requires to pay 3,000 to 4,000 won for the material to make their respective kites.
