Korean naming: Brig. Gen. Mark W. Yenter, the commander and division engineer for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pacific Ocean Division, and Suh Jin-sup, chairman of the ROK-U.S. Alliance Friendship Society, hold a hanging scroll bearing the commander's Korean name written in Chinese characters at the Dragon Hill Lodge in Yongsan, Seoul, Thursday. His Korean name, Yae Geon-tae was made by famous Korean calligraphy artist Huh Ryong. ``Geon'' means ``builds'' and ``tae'' means ``large,'' and last name ``Yae'' reflects the pronunciation of his name Yenter. His Korean name also symbolizes the strengthening of the ROK-US alliance and cooperation in the process of the planned relocation of USFK facilities to the Pyeongtaek area.
