Cheeky little devils: Expat band Los Diablos Blancos ― Spanish for the White Devils ― entertain fans at a sideline event of the biannual Hae Bang Chon Festival at Olde Stompers Rock Spot in Itaewon, Yongsan, Seoul, Saturday. Scores of Koreans and foreigners ― some in fancy dress for Halloween ― turned out for the music extravaganza that took place across various venues.
