Ramsar convention tomorrow: Students look around Upo Wetlands in Changnyeong, South Gyeongsang Province, Sunday, two days ahead of the opening of the 10th Meeting of the Conference of the Contracting Parties to the Convention on Wetlands, or Ramsar COP10. The number of visitors to the wetlands has increased along with the convention, which will run in Changwon from Oct. 28 through Nov. 4.
