Singer Seo Tai-ji, who ruled Korea's music scene in the 1990s with his mixture of rap and hard rock, will marry an actress 16 years his junior, according to an announcement made on his website. Seo, 41, and his wife-to-be Lee Eun-sung, 25, first met in 2008 when Lee appeared in the music video of his song "Bermuda Triangle,'' and it was now revealed they have been dating since 2009.
The singer didn't announce the date or venue of the wedding ceremony.
"I have met my soul mate I have been looking for, for so long. And now I plan to marry my soul mate who I love," Seo said on his website.
Previously, Seo had married actress Lee Ji-ah in a private ceremony in 1997 before divorcing her in 2006. Their relationship wasn't publically known until 2011 when a local newspaper picked up their messy legal fight over property.
