It was with the utmost sadness that I heard the news of the ferry Sewol incident. As a parent myself, I cannot imagine the suffering the parents and loved ones of those onboard are enduring and will continue to endure. I extend my deepest condolences to them and to all those affected by this tragic incident. We stand ready to offer any assistance needed and will continue to keep our thoughts and prayers with you during this most trying time.

The Embassy of the Russian Federation in Seoul presents its sincere condolences to the relatives of the victims of the wreck of the ferry Sewol and all people of the Republic of Korea in connection with their irreplaceable loss. This tragedy has also directly affected Russia as one of our fellow citizens was on this ferry and is still missing. The embassy grieves on victims of this accident and prays for those who might still be found alive.

The leaders, the government and the people of the United Arab Emirates are saddened by the news of the tragic accident of the South Korean ferry.

On behalf of the UAE, I express my heartfelt condolence to the Korean people and to the families of the victims for those who lost their lives. I pray for the ones who remain unaccounted for and sympathize with their families.

We are deeply saddened by the news of Sewol ferry tragedy on April 16. Please accept my heartfelt condolence and sympathy to the families of the victims, Korean people and government.

May Almighty God grant the families of the victims and missing patience, comfort and mercy.

With regard to the Sewol catastrophe, Hewlett-Packard (HP) Korea is very saddened by the huge tragedy. All HP employees pray for the safe return of the missing passengers. Hundreds of high-school students are in a desperate situation and we also pray that rescue efforts will be completely successful.

HP expresses our sincere condolences to South Korea and to the victims grieving families.

On Sunday afternoon, hundreds of the Indonesian community in Ansan assembled at the Ansan Migrant Center to grieve over the tragic Sewol accident on April 16, and to pray to the Lord for the victims and their families. The Indonesian community in Ansan has asked the Embassy of Indonesia in Seoul to extend their sympathy and sadness on their behalf, and also for each and every Indonesian in Korea.

Indeed, our hearts and prayers are with the Korean people at this time of sorrow.

The President and the foreign minister of Indonesia have earlier extended on behalf of the government and the people of Indonesia their deepest and heartfelt condolences to the government of Korea and to the families of the victim of this tragic ferry disaster. They stand ready to provide necessary support to the rescue efforts.

The Australian government and all Australians have been deeply saddened by the Sewol ferry disaster.

We stand with Korea at this difficult time as a friend and partner. Prime Minister Tony Abbott has written to President Park Geun-hye conveying his sympathies and offering Australias assistance with the rescue effort.

The Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan would like to extend its deepest condolences and sympathies to the parents, relatives and loved ones of those who lost their lives in the tragic Sewol ferry incident.

Our thoughts are with the victims and their families at this painful and difficult time.

It is really heartbreaking when we see the number of casualties is growing as the rescue operation continues. As a part of this community, we are deeply sorry about this tragedy and we are also hoping that the Korean government will keep trying whatever it takes to save even a single life without giving up hope.

Again, we sincerely offer our deepest condolences to the victims and the family members who have lost their loved ones.

On behalf of all GM Korea employees, I offer my deepest condolences and sympathy to the victims of this tragic marine accident.

I sincerely hope that those who are still missing will be able to go back to their beloved ones as soon as possible.

On behalf of the staff at Visa Korea I would like to offer our sincere condolences to all the families affected by this indescribable tragedy. At times like these, there are no words of comfort strong enough to help, but please know that the entire country is praying for you and your loved ones.

On behalf of the government and people of Ireland, Iextend our deepest sympathies and condolences to all those who have lost loved ones in the terrible ferry disaster. Our thoughts are with all the Korean people at this time of great tragedy and loss.

During these very challenging times, our thoughts and prayers go out to the Sewols passengers and their families.
