More than half of men polled expressed negative views on women who wear clothing that is too revealing, a survey said Saturday.
When asked about women wearing clothing that is too revealing, 42 percent of male respondents said it looked too frivolous, while 21 percent said they were negative about it as the women were showing off.
The survey was conducted by the marriage arrangement agency Gayeon based in Seoul (www.gayeon.com).
Thirty-seven percent of male interviewees responded favorably to them, saying they were “sexy.”
As to the same question, 36 percent of female respondents said they were negative about it as the women were showing off, whereas 26 percent said it was too excessive.
Thirty-eight percent of female pollees said the women looked healthy, the survey said.
