Traveling and taking pictures for memories should be normal for any travelers. But what if a photo had something else that the traveler had not been aware of?

Such was the story of Yoon Jae-hyun, 27, who aired on MBC’s “TV Exclusive: Surprising World” on June 12, with a picture he took while visiting Sunrise Peak on Jeju Island. In the picture behind Yoon was a blurred human-like figure.

Experts confirmed the photo was not fabricated and took six hours to get a clearer view of what looked like a middle-aged male with long hair.

“It was impossible for anyone to be standing there because it was a steep cliff,” said Yoon.

Yoon started to suspect the mysterious figure when his grandfather passed away a day after he took the picture and his father had to be hospitalized soon after. Yoon also fell ill and was unable to perform daily tasks for awhile.

There were no explanations about the figure but the producer found out that a Japanese tourist had mysteriously died 22 years ago at the spot.

The picture was too blurry for the deceased’s families to compare but the niece said she remember her uncle kept his hair long when he was living.
