Memorial for late UK journalist: British Ambassador to Korea Scott Wightman delivers a eulogy for Ernest Thomas Bethell (1872-1909), during a ceremony marking the 103rd anniversary of the death of the renowned journalist in Seoul, Tuesday. Bethell helped to make Japanese ambitions to colonize Korea known to the outside world through two newspapers he launched here in 1904.
