Kim Jong-ils unrequited singer executed with IV still in her arm

A woman taught a lesson to North Korean leader Kim Jong-il that even a dictator with strong political power is unable to possess “love” at his will. She is singer Yun Hye-yeong, a member of the Bocheonbo Electronic Band, a North Korean artistic company, who had been most beloved by the North Korean leader since 2000, according to a report.

Yun, who graduated from Geumgseong First High School in 1999, was famous for her song “Junma (speedy horse) Virgin.”

The report on the Internet said Yun was executed as she loved another man, rejecting Kim’s persistent efforts to win her heart.

Earlier, Kim instructed the band to insert her song “Junma Virgin” in the music used for massive collective gymnastics, Arirang. He also enjoyed the performance on his birthday with the singer. There has been no woman like Yun to become the favorite of Kim, sitting next to him at a public event.

Kim had loved her enough to send a messenger to Europe to buy stage costumes and accessories for Yun.

But, Yun loved a pianist with whom she performed with in the same band. Their love was disclosed by close aides of Kim who eavesdropped on them. Yun jumped from the roof of the Mongnangwan down to the ground with the pianist. Mongranggwan is a banquet hall for state guests of North Korea in Pyongyang.

The man died instantly but Yun survived. Kim ordered the authorities concerned to “kill her after reviving her at any cost.” In 2003, Yun was shot while unconscious and still on an IV drip, the website said. “Thereafter, Kim completely turned his back to the performances conducted by Bocheonbo Electronic Band,” it said.

윤혜영을 총애했던 김정일은 집단체조 '아리랑'에 그녀의 노래 '준마처녀'를 삽입하도록 지시하고 생일날 함께 공연을 관람을 하기도 했는데 그 동안 김정일의 총애를 받은 여성들은 많았지만 윤혜영처럼 공개행사에서 옆자리까지 꿰찬이는 없었다.

김정일의 애정은 윤혜영의 무대의상과 액세서리를 구입하러 유럽에 사람을 보낼 정도로 깊었다.

하지만 정작 윤혜영은 같은 악단 피아니스트로 일하던 남자를 사랑했다는 것이다. 이 사실은 김정일 측근들의 도청으로 탄로났고 윤혜영은 목란관 지붕에 올라가 애인과 함께 뛰어내렸다.

남자는 즉사했지만 김정일은 "무조건 살려낸 다음에 죽이라"고 지시했다.

윤혜영은 2003년 말 의식불명 상태에서 링거를 꽂은 채 처형되었고 김정일은 이후 보천보전자악단의 공연에 완전히 등을 돌려버렸다.
