Kissinger in Seoul: President Lee Myung-bak shakes hands with former U.S. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger during their talks on North Korea and other regional security issues at Cheong Wa Dae, Friday. The 87-year-old veteran diplomat delivered an address at a security forum in Seoul Thursday to call for immediate global action to prevent North Korea from selling its nuclear technology to dangerous forces around the world.
