"You are the best" was picked as the phrase workers want to hear most from their colleagues and superiors, according to a survey Wednesday.
The online recruiter www.scout.co.kr asked 780 office workers aged between 20 and 40 years old what comments they find most encouraging. "You are the best" topped the list with more than 31 percent of respondents picking the phrase.
Workers were also inspired by the phrases "I knew you could do it," "You really did well," and "That's a good idea."
From their parents, those polled said they enjoy hearing such praises as "I know you are doing your best," and "I always trust you."
