A 46-year-old pastor was arrested for raping female attendees of his church, police said Friday.

According to the Dong-jak Police Station in southern Seoul, the pastor, identified by his surname Cho, coerced more than six women into having sex with him over the past decade.

Police said Cho called victims into an isolated office of the church or nearby hotel room and raped them, saying, “Having sex with me will purify your body and soul.”

Police are widening the investigation to discover if there are other victims.
