A 39-year-old man was Monday arrested for blackmailing a middle school girl with a videotape showing they had sex, Seoul Mapo Police Station said.

According to police, Chung threatened to post the clip, when the middle school girl refused to meet him. Two other men, who had sex with the girl at Yu's arrangement, were also arrested.Chung had sex with the middle school girl, paying her between 150,000 to 200,000 won each time, since October 2007, police said.

Chung was also suspected of kidnapping and then raping her after taking her into a hotel room when she refused to meet him.
