A 26-year-old salaried worker was caught Wednesday for installing a spy camera in the bedroom of a female teacher ``out of a curiosity,’’ police said.

The man, identified as Oh, sneaked into the teacher’s home in Cheongju, North Chungcheong Province, around 4 p.m. on June 30 and set up the camera in her wardrobe.

Oh, who works at a cosmetics company, stole the key to her house on June 19 when she visited the company to try the firm’s new product, and copied the key.

``I installed the camera out of curiosity about a woman’s private life,’’ he was quoted as saying by police.

The teacher found the camera while cleaning up her room and reported it to police, who caught Oh after looking into sales records at nearby camera stores.
