A 72-year-old man has committed suicide amid worries over expensive dental treatment.

The unidentified man was found dead by his wife at their home in Busan around 6:30 a.m. Sunday.

The woman told officers that she found her husband dead after coming back from her night job.

In his room was a bowl of poison and a suicide note, which read: ``They say it costs 20 million won ($15,000) to have implant treatment at a dental clinic. I'll sacrifice myself.''

The bereaved family said that the man was worried about how to raise money to pay for the treatment.
