Some players and coaches from the National Basketball Association (NBA) are in Seoul this week, teaching their sport to others at the KBL-NBA Korea Development Camp.

The camp, which is organized by the NBA and Korean Basketball League (KBL), is designed to help 40 of Korea's top players between the ages of 16 and 19 improve their skills by participating in drills, games and talks from Friday through Tuesday at the Yangjae Education and Culture Center.

A clinic will also be held to provide seminars and demonstrations for Korean coaches.

``We hope the young players will be able to take what they learn and use it throughout their basketball careers,'' Milwaukee Bucks point guard Mo Williams said during the camp's opening ceremony on Friday.

Williams is one of two NBA players participating in the camp, along with Charlie Villanueva, a forward who also plays for the Bucks.

``They will share with campers their basketball skills and knowledge as well as leadership skills on and off the court,'' NBA China senior vice president Mark Fischer said.

The camp's NBA coaches are Charlotte Bobcats assistant Jeff Capel and Los Angeles Clippers assistant Neal Meyer.

The event will also feature KBL coaches, including Incheon ET Land assistant Park Jong-chun and ET Land team manager Choi Byung-hoon.

KBL players scheduled to appear include Daegu Orions forward Baik Joo-ik and Ulsan Mobis forward Kim Jae-hoon, along with ET Land guards Jung Byung-kook, Jung Sun-kyu and Lee Chan-young and ET Land centers Joo Tae-soo and Oh Ki-seok.
