Asiana Airlines has decorated one of its flights with images of cultural heritages in Korea and France to commemorate its launch of services to Paris next Monday.
The airline Monday introduced a plane covered with images of Gyeonghoiru, a structure located in Gyeongbok Palace in central Seoul, and the Arc de Triomphe in Paris, at Incheon International Airport.
The specially designed B777 flight will operate on the Incheon-Paris route for one year.
``We decorated the plane in commemoration of the new service to Paris, with the representative images of the two countries. The images will help us strengthen our overseas marketing,'' an Asiana official said.
The carrier will operate three weekly flights to the French capital starting March 31.
The airline has previously adorned one of its flights with the image of actress Lee Young-ae, the star of the soap opera ``Jewel in the Palace,'' and another one with the image of Korea's national football team.
