Swedish director Anders Weberg has released the trailer of "Ambience," which is set to become the world's longest film when it opens in 2020.
The film's running time will be 720 hours or 30 days, according to news reports. And the trailer is also a jaw-dropping: 7 hours and 20 minutes.
In 2014, Weberg released a teaser, which ran a "mere" 72 minutes. He plans to release a 72-hour trailer in 2018.
Weberg, who has made more than 300 movies in 20 years, told The Guardian that "Ambience" would be his last movie.
He said the film was an "abstract nonlinear narrative summary of the artist's time spent with the moving image" that will demonstrate how "space and time are intertwined into a surreal dream-like journey beyond places."
"Ambience"is due to open on Dec. 31, 2020.
