Girls' Generation's to become face of Samantha Tavasa

K-pop sensation 9-member girl group Girls’ Generation are the new models for the Japanese fashion brand Samantha Tavasa.

The brand has been holding various collaborations with global celebrities including Nicky Hilton, Taylor Momsen, and Miranda Kerr.

It has selected the group as rising global fashion icons, who show diverse aspects in fashion. Samantha Tavasa’s Girl’s Generation TV advertisement will start airing from Sept. 18 in Japan. It will use the group’s eighth Japanese single “Galaxy Supernova,”which will be released the same day.

The brand will also launch nine colors of skinny jeans, inspired by the 9 members.
Meanwhile, Girls’ Generation will be holding “2013 GIRLS’ GENERATION WORLD TOUR Girls & Peace in JAKARTA” at Mata Elang International Stadium, Jakarta, Indonesia on Saturday.
