A hotel room is not just for accommodation any more but for the space of private meeting especially for businesspeople ― there are many hotels that offer rooms for private parties or dinners to customers in Seoul.

Hotel la casa, a boutique hotel located in Sinsa-dong, one of the trendiest districts in southern Seoul goes far beyond that service.

The hotel was opened in 2011 by Casamia, one of the most renowned total interior and furniture companies in Korea with fancy and glamorous designer boutique accommodations. Its concept is different from conventional thoughts on hotels, as the interior and space design of La casa is young and modern.

“Two penthouse rooms on the top floor are famous for business parties among CEOs who want to have more privacy and style,” said Cho Hyun-jung, a director of Hotel la casa.

Loft House, one of two penthouses, is full of modern stylish furniture, with muted black colors that give a sophisticated ambience. This room can accommodate up to 30 people and has an overhead projector and sound system suitable for business meetings and corporate dinners.

The other room is the Garden House, a contrast to Loft House with lusty hardwood furniture. White colored fabric used for decorating this room makes it somewhat feminine and elegant.

Cozy but well decorated garden is also available for guests staying in the penthouse rooms. The garden is perfect place with highlights for the business party especially for this summer season with its urban night view

For food, customers can choose among party packages and course menus. A customized menu includes dishes such as fried chicken and fish, chopped steak and grilled sausage with French fries.
