Seoul Milk Offers More Than Milk

The country's No. 1 dairy producer Seoul Milk continues to offer more than just simple white liquid, as it recently released another flavorful product in its premium yogurt series.

Red-orange and plain are the new additions made to the ``Morning of the Mediterranean'' brand that first kicked off in March with the fig flavor.

The three products are abundant in Vitamin B and C, along with minerals that stimulate digestion and relieve constipation, said Bae Sang-hoon, a divisional marketing manager of Seoul Milk.

``After researching and analyzing the trends of today's health conscious consumers, we learned that they enjoy tasty but sugar-free yogurt,'' he said.

The three flavors of the ``Morning of the Mediterranean'' are free of artificial flavoring and made of only natural ingredients. And the soft taste is from using Seoul Milk's Grade A milk, said Bae.

For red-orange, Seoul Milk has been using red oranges and red grapefruits from the Mediterranean country of Israel. The product has already become popular for its robust taste and nutrition as the fruit is rich in the antioxidant anthocynanin.

The yogurt is packaged in a glass bottle to give a clean, fresh and sophisticated image.

``Through the new lineup, we hope to bring a change to the yogurt market and stand as the leader,'' said Bae.
