Get ready for the hot summer months with a fresh new look. This season, top cosmetics brands are introducing new make-up collections that are perfect for any woman who wants to have fun in the sun.

``Summer beauty is all about fresh, beautifully bronzed skin, played up with a shiny kiss of color on lips,'' make-up guru Bobbi Brown said, as she launched her summer make-up collection Sun Kissed.

MAC Cosmetics is going for a more glamorous look with its summer collection ``Moonbathe.'' Inspired by the sun and moon, this limited edition make-up collection features shimmering eye shadows, metallic lip color and pearly blushes.

Paint your eyes with Fire Spot eye shadow, an intense orange with gold flecks, or Cranberry, a reddish plum with a hint of pink. On the lips, choose from Sun Metal lipstick, a warm bronze with a shimmer of silver, or Crescent lipglass, a soft maple shade with gold pearl. The eye shadow costs 20,000 won, while lipstick and lipglass go for 22,000 won.

Brown's Sun Kissed collection includes bronze and pink shades, perfect for the beach or any outdoor event this summer. The collection includes everything you need for a melt-proof look, such as Long Wear Cream eye shadow, No Smudge mascara and gel eyeliner. Get the healthy glow on the cheeks with the Summer Pink Pot rouge and Bronze Shimmer brick.

For the lips, Brown's new tinted lip balm is made with a special formula that allows the color to last longer than other brands. Unlike most long wearing lip colors that end up drying the lips, the tinted lip balm offers deep moisturizing and anti-oxidant protection. It costs 25,000 won and comes in eight shades, including the irresistibly cute Pink Raspberry and sexy Rose Petal.

Estee Lauder also introduced its Tender Lip Balm, which has SPF 15 and promises to give ``kissable lips in one easy application.'' A tube (25,000 won) comes in six shades, peach, pink, plum, berry, caramel and nude.

Brighten the face with Glimmershimmer (26,000 won), a highlighting liquid that comes in two colors, sheer gold Astral Rays and peachy bronze Ritzy.

However, summer is also a time when most women battle oily skin. Origins has a line of ``trouble solutions'' to keep the oil at a minimum during the warm months.

Origins recommends Mint Wash, a cool spearmint gel, to remove pore-clogging dirt and to keep the skin clean. Its oil-controlling products Matte Scientist and Zero Oil help keep the face matte all day, while the facial mask Clear Improvement uses charcoal to deep clean pores.
