Korean movie star Lee Jun-ki, 29, is now leaving his acting career for the military service. Lee enlisted himself at the Nonsan Military Training Center on May 3.
Before entering the camp, he shyly showed his new short cut hairstyle in a press conference.
He was to join his new movie this year; however, he got a final notice of military duty on April 28 that he could not postpone anymore.
Meanwhile, Lee will begin his five weeks of training, and will be assigned to the Army for 22 months.
The actor showed his strong determination, saying, "I would not think of my age and will do my best to fulfill the duty."

배우 이준기(29)가 군생활을 위해 잠시 연기 활동을 중단한다. 이씨는 3일 논산훈련소에 입소했다.
입소 전 기자회견에서 그의 짧은 머리카락을 수줍게 보여주었다.
그는 올 초 새로운 영화 촬영에 들어가기로 돼있었으나, 4월28일 최종 입영통지서를 받고 군입대를 연기하지 못했다.
한편, 이준기는 5주간의 기초 훈련 후에 22개월 간의 군복무를 한다.
