The three members of top pop group TVXQ, who have been in a dispute over what they called a slave-like contact with their agency SM Entertainment, will meet fans Saturday in a charity event.
Yes24, an Internet bookstore, said in a notice on its Web site that the three ― Xiah, Mickey and Hero ― will take part in the "Smile Again"' charity to be held at a gym in Korea University in Seoul at 5 p.m. But U-Know and Max, the group's two other members who didn't join the rebellion, will not be present at the event.
"Smile Again" is a charity to be organized by the ChildFund Korea.
This is the first time since the Mnet Asian Music Awards in late November that the three TVXQ members will meet fans. Xia is scheduled to appear in the musical "Mozart" in January.
In late October, a court ruled that the three members could appear in movies, dramas and commercials without approval from the agency.
The band has not performed domestically since the conflict surfaced, though they have occasionally had shows in other Asian nations.

동방신기 3인 자선행사
소속사와 갈등을 빚고 있는 동방신기의 영웅재중, 믹키유천, 시아준수 세 멤버가 오는 12일 무료 자선행사를 통해 팬들과 만난다.
예스24 측은 자사 홈페이지에 공지사항을 통해 "세 멤버가 오는 12일 오후 5시 서울 고려대학교 화정체육관에서 개최되는 '스마일 어게인' 자선행사에 참석한다"고 밝혔다. 그러나 소송에 동참하지 않은 유노윤호, 최강창민은 이 자리에 참석하지 않을 예정이다.
'스마일 어게인'은 어린이재단이 개최하는 자선행사다.
세 멤버는 지난 11월 말 2009 Mnet 아시안 뮤직 어워즈(이하 MAMA)에 참석한 이후 처음으로 팬들과 만나게 됐다. 시아준수는 오는 1월 상연되는 뮤지컬 '모차르트'에 출연을 예정이다.
지난달 말 법원은 세 멤버가 SM의 승인 없이도 영화, 드라마, 광고에 출연할 수 있다고 결정했다.
동방신기는 이번 사건이 벌어진 뒤 국내무대에 출연하지 않았지만, 다른 아시아 국가에서는 가끔 쇼에 참가했었다.
