Perrier-Jouet, one of the most prestigious champagne houses in the world, is collaborating with Korea's top designers and artists in a unique exhibition opening this week.
``Perpetual Emotions by Perrier-Jouet'' is being held from June 24 to 30 at Kring Gallery, Daechi-dong, southern Seoul. An opening reception is scheduled for Tuesday evening.
The exhibition features 15 top artists and designers' interpretation of Perrier-Jouet, which is also known as ``Fleur de Champagne.''
Perrier-Jouet is also best known for its exquisite Belle Epoque champagne bottles with enamel-painted anemone flowers created by Emile Galle in 1902.

``Almost two centuries old, Perrier-Jouet has assembled 15 of the most acknowledged artists around the Korean Peninsula for a project creating a unique art collaboration, to signify its passion toward art throughout its past 200 year history,'' organizers said in a statement.
The participants, who are all from different fields, like fashion, art, music and photography, were asked to present their unique take on Perrier-Jouet.
From the fashion world, top designer Lee Young-hee created a traditional Korean hanbok with floral embroidery inspired by the anemone flowers on the Perrier-Jouet bottle. Shoe designer Lee Bo-hyun made a pair of embellished pumps and knee-high silver boots with a floral cut out design, while jewelry designer Kim Sung-hee crafted exquisite jewelry that recalls the anemone floral design.
Artists such as Kim Chi-ho, Pak Ji-sook and Seo Hyo-jung also offered interesting interpretations of Perrier-Jouet. Photographer Kim Yong-ho's images evoke the elegance and sophistication of the Perrier-Jouet brand.
Other participants include designer Juun.J, makeup artist Lee Kyung-min, fabric artist Kan Ho-seob, lighting designer Park Jin-woo, floral artist Kim Jong-wook and pianist Seo Hye-Gyung.
During the exhibition period, limited edition wine glasses engraved with the trademark anemones of Perrier-Jouet will be sold in major department stores and wine shops.
Pierre-Nicolas-Marie Perrier and his wife, Adele Jouet, founded the brand in 1811 in Epernay. It was one of the most prestigious wine houses in the Champagne region. By 1813, the company was shipping wine to Great Britain, and by 1837 to the United States.
Perrier-Jouet has distinguished itself for its extraordinary flavor and consistency of style. It introduced the Cuvee Belle Epoque in 1969, which is considered the ``most important `cuvee de prestige' to appear after World War II.'' Perrier-Jouet is now under Pernot Ricard.
Kring Gallery is located near Samseong Station line 2, exit 3. Admission is free.
