The three members of top pop group TVXQ, who have been in dispute over what is called a slave-like contact with their agency SM Entertainment, Saturday took the stage in South Korea for the first time since the conflict erupted.
The three _ Xiah, Micky and Hero _ appeared in the 2009 Mnet Asian Music Award (MAMA) held at Jamsil Gymnasium in southeastern Seoul.
U-Know and Max, the group's two other members who didn't join the rebellion, were not seen as SM decided not to take part in the year-end music festival.
After receiving the Best Asian Stars award, the three rebellious members expressed thanks to their fans and said amid cheers, ``It would have been better if all the five members stood on the same stage.''
In late October, the court ruled that the three members could appear in movies, dramas and commercials without approval from the agency.
The band has not performed domestically since the conflict surfaced, though they occasionally had shows in other Asian nations.
동방신기 첫 공식무대

동방신기의 시아준수와 영웅재중, 믹키유천은 서울 잠실체육관에서 열린 2009 엠넷 아시안 뮤직 어워드에 출연했습니다.
다른 두 멤버인 유노윤호와 최강창민은 SM엔터테인먼트가 행사에 참석하지 않기로 결정함에 따라 나오지 않았습니다.
베스트 아시아 스타상을 수상한 시아준수 등 3명은 음악 축제를 통해 팬들에게 감사의 인사를 전하고 싶었다며 5명이 한자리 섰으면 더 좋았을 것이라고 말해 팬들의 환호를 받았습니다.
지난달 말 법원은 세 멤버가 SM의 승인 없이도 영화, 드라마, 광고에 출연할 수 있다고 결정했다.
동방신기는 이번 사건이 벌어진 뒤 국내무대에 출연하지 않았지만, 다른 아시아 국가에서는 가끔 쇼에 참가했었다.
